Is the ordered product not entirely according to your wishes? Then you can return the product to us within 14 days after receiving your order. A return shipment can only be done by logging in via the return portal.
After that notification, you send the product back to us. The product may of course not be used and must be returned to us in the original packaging. In case of use / damage the depreciation can be passed on.
Do you want to exchange the item? Send your item (s) back and place a new order via our website. As soon as we have received your item (s) back, we will immediately return the purchase price to you.
Make sure it is well and properly packaged. Save the proof of shipment that you receive when you send the package.
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive all payments, including delivery costs for the shipment out, as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you wish to make use of the right of withdrawal. We will refund you with the same payment method you paid with, unless you agree with us on another method. You bear the costs for the return shipment.
Exclusion of right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for products that can not be returned after opening because the shelf life can not be guaranteed when the packaging is opened, such as food and care products. Products that contain traces of use, that is to say used ones, can not be taken back by us.
